Hi! What’s up! Talking about CBeyond? I had to do business with the company. Cbeyond offers a suit of different communications services and products. The company focuses on small businesses. The company employs such technology as VoIP and Cisco Systems and provides its services over single or multiple bonded T 1. I went to post my opinion on this great site www.pissedconsumer.com and there turned out to be more people who had something to say.

Good analysis! I have to say that I was disappointed with Response Point. While there are some good basic functionality and the speech recognition is nice, it lacks some key features including any IVR functionality. I was also surprised by the lack of integration with Outlook, Dynamics, etc.

Given the price tag, I found Response Point to be generally inferior to many other offerings on the market.
